HARROGATE FLOORING SHOW 5-7 SEPTEMBER 2010
[August 2010]
Visitors to the stand at Harrogate will be able to meet Gary Prophet, the company’s new national sales manager and other new members of the sales team and see for themselves some of the company’s new developments. These include, in wool, the luxurious Alpine Collection, featuring the deep cut pile Chamonix and the complementary bouclés, Lausanne and Montreaux; and the new Bakerloo multi-stripe and additional Piccadilly colourways of plum and mulberry; and in synthetics, the tactile twist Verdi in high quality PA6.6 yarn. Meanwhile, Hudson and Lawrence are new, attractively priced 100% wool roll only options in contemporary earthy shades.
Edel Telenzo also continues to strengthen its contract options, including the new Aquarius and Taurus– both cut pile carpets made from the company’s own high performance polypropylene fibre, Edelon Protect – and particularly suited for applications such as nursing and care homes. Aquarius is a plain, available in 10 colours. Taurus has a two-tone fleck, available in 11 colours.
Edel Telenzo’s new tile collection – five ranges, including plain, flecked, two-tone and cut pile options in either Edelon Protect or high grade 100% BCF polyamide - is also proving a resounding success.
A FISTFUL OF NEW FACES AT EDEL TELENZO
[August 2010]
Edel Telenzo Carpets UK has appointed five new agents over the summer months.
“The changes are as a result of a couple of retirements which in turn has led to a review of areas covered. We have redrawn some territories and strengthened our coverage in certain areas,” said national sales manager Gary Prophet.
The new team members are: Brendan Hart, who will cover Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset; Andrew Jefferies, who will take over Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and South Wales; Rebecca Gibbons in the north east; John Rostron in Lancashire, Cumbria and the Isle of Man; and Gary O’Boyle for Northern Ireland.
“We’re very sad to see some of our old team go but equally delighted at the calibre and enthusiasm of our new faces,” said Mr Prophet.
